About Us
Our involvement with the preservation of Nokotas and Colonial Spanish Horses began in 2001, when we acquired a pink-nosed grey Nokota gelding named Chico for our then 10 year old daughter, Kat.
The rest, as they say, is history. Our interest - and our herd of equines - quickly outgrew the confines of our suburban existance in southeastern Pennsylvania.
In search of our own farm, we tumbled head-over-heels in love with the Bluegrass Country of Kentucky. And so, we now happily call Bourbon County, Kentucky and Crazy Horse Farm our home.
Here - in the land of Smarty Jones and Secretariat - we have gathered our colorful and eclectic collection of Andalusian, Nokotas and Colonial Spanish Horses. And also our unique selection of resale horses.
And while our horses will never grace the track at Keeneland or Churchill Downs, we are nonetheless very proud to introduce our historic horses among such illustrious company!
Crazy Horse Farm is a fulfillment of a dream for us. This is a family effort and each and every one of our horses - the ones we keep and the ones we sell - are equally cherished.
